As a Production Operator specializing in webbing, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality webbing products according to company standards and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Set up and operate machinery and equipment to produce webbing products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform regular quality inspections of products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Make adjustments to machinery and equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and replenishing materials.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and targets.
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production operations preferred.
- Experience with webbing production or related processes is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Working hours: 6:00am-3:00pm
