As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Assemble products by following detailed instructions and using hand tools or machinery.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and finished products.
- Record production data and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures and participate in safety training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools.
- Attention to detail and strong focus on quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working hours: 3rd shift - 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
