We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards, and over 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Fully manage and execute the QMS to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Manage internal and external supplier audits and certifications.
- Perform root cause and corrective action analysis, ensuring that preventative actions are implemented.
- Participate in quality investigations, impact analysis, and first article inspection processes, ensuring that the QMS, process documentation, and training manuals are updated.
- Develop, direct, train, and evaluate the work of quality improvement personnel.
- Receive and provide communications and related materials and reports regarding part revisions, parts on hold, questions on dimensions, part rejections, part changes, qualifications, and all other quality-related information required by the customer.
- Receive, interpret, and implement corrective action procedures required by the customer.
- Ensure all legal standards are met.
- Inspect parts and perform day-to-day inspection activities as warranted.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ISO Standards: Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards.
- Experience: Preferably 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Management Skills: Proven ability to manage, develop, and train quality improvement personnel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Working Hours: 6:00AM-4:30PM
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
