We are seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support various operational tasks and ensure smooth functioning of the facility. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, able to troubleshoot issues, and have a strong commitment to attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform utility tasks including basic maintenance and operational support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Ensure efficient workflow and adhere to operational procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Support and assist with various tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical inclination with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including first shift for training.
- Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- No engineering or CNC experience required, but favorable for those with such experience.
***2nd shift (3-11pm) 3rd shift (11pm-7am)- Training will be done on the first shift. Must be flexible to work first shift for 4-6 weeks
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
