We are seeking motivated individuals for our Picker/Packer positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Conduct quality control checks on products for defects or discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) and stand for long periods.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
