Restaurant Bartender

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash/credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly ConStrata, is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Ability to perform basic restaurant math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in catering or event service is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
