Primary Responsibilities for the Junior Estimator include:
· Analyzes blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, bid cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
· Ability to communicate with prime contractors, project owners, and other employees within the company Prepare contracts and associated forms, become familiar with customer requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess the following education/experience and skills:
· Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Knowledge of Heavy Bid program.
Pay Scale is between $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
