Job Duties :
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate time, bid cost and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
- Communicate effectively with prime contractors, project owners and internal teams to ensure alignment on project details.
- Prepare contracts and associated forms while becoming familiar with customer requirements.
- Assist in maintaining accurate cost data and project records.
- Support senior estimators and project managers in developing competitive bids.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
