Description

This person will be responsible for receiving, filling and shipping all parts orders.

• Full Time : 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Salary – $50,000 - $60,000 annually
• Benefits after 90 days
• Paid Time Off

Responsibilities

· Process all incoming orders via phone, email, EFT website, customer specific website and walk-in by the end of each day

· Open and close cash drawer in computer system daily

· Transfer and back order follow up with customers and service technicians via email daily

· Work closely with Accounts Receivable on shipments direct from factory to customers

· Handle all incoming part orders, inspect for damages, cross reference with packing slip, marking back orders and place in inventory be end of the day

· Present when equipment deliveries are received, sign for, inspect for damages, take pictures of damages, email pictures to Accounts Payable, and complete all paperwork

· Take pictures of all equipment picked up by our driver or dropped off by customers for repair, and send pictures to Service Manager

· Supply shop personnel with requested parts to include required paperwork (Pink customer repair, Gold re-conditioned/new machine form, Parts requisition for service techs) in a timely manor

· Work closely with Service Coordinator to ensure our technicians have the parts needed to complete service calls

· Build annual maintenance kits, customer specific or general market

· Responsible for managing inventory levels, provide Accounts Receivable with suggested replenishment order, and responsible for year-end physical inventory report

· Confirm all exterior doors and gate is locked at the end of each day

· Subject to change- based on management and company workloads, you may be asked to help out periodically in other departments

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of UPS Shipping Software (Helpful not necessary)
• Basic knowledge of computers including email and internet use
• Ability to learn new in-house computer systems
• Strong communication, telephone and listening skills
• Some heavy lifting when needed
• Detail oriented
