Global Campaigns Manager to elevate our demand generation efforts. We need a hands-on leader who can strategically design and execute integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue growth on a global scale.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of a key global demand generation campaign, from awareness to conversion. You will utilize a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet and exceed MQL, meeting, and pipeline goals.
- Serve as the campaign "quarterback," aligning and orchestrating a diverse cross-functional team across product marketing, content, creative, web, digital, and regional marketing to ensure seamless execution and a continuous feedback loop.
- Consistently analyze and optimize campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of all activities on the demand funnel. You will use these insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage a global campaign calendar, ensuring all activities are aligned with broader business objectives and regional needs.

Experience You'll Need:
- 7 years of progressive demand generation experience, with at least3 years of integrated campaign experience in an Enterprise B2B company, preferably in cybersecurity or cloud.
- Demonstrated expertise in the full demand generation mix with a proven track record of driving significant lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and an unwavering focus on optimizing ROI.
- Mastery of project management and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and align diverse teams across different functions and regions.
- Experience with marketing and CRM tech stacks, such as Salesforce, is essential.
