Pay: $64 - $69/hr W2
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing efficient, scalable solutions for modernizing legacy systems
- Driving technical discussions and making critical architectural decisions
- Building RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and Java
- Developing Visual C applications using MFC and integrating with Windows services
- Supporting the Defined Benefits business with technology solutions that deliver measurable value
- Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and agility
- Contributing to DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Stash)
- Mentoring teammates while remaining hands-on and delivering results
What You Bring
- 10 years of Java web development, with strong Spring and REST API experience
- 3 years of database design and PL/SQL development
- 2–4 years of Visual C /MFC development experience with native Windows integrations
- A sharp eye for technology trends, especially in cloud environments
- Clear, collaborative communication and strong problem-solving instincts
- A drive to own projects end-to-end and inspire those around you

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
