Product Owner
Must be local to the Charlotte area and work a Hybrid schedule
Location: Charlotte, NC, 2-3 days a week onsite
Duration: 6 month Contract with high possibility of extensions
Rate: $50- $60 hourly W2
Our industry leading client is in need of a Product Owner that can help drive product innovation for Customer facing products. In this role you will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, expertise in data product management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing product lifecycles from inception to delivery.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Qualifications for the Product Owner:
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver data products. Experience defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with customer facing applications
- Strong experience in data analytics
- Expertise breaking down high-level requirements into actionable user stories that represent specific features or functionalities of the data product
- Strong experience analyzing product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Local to Charlotte, NC and working Hybrid schedule
- Agile experience
