- Certified Scrum or SAFE Product Owner
- Experience with Data related projects.
- Experience reading/interpreting BI Reports/Dashboards
- Basic understanding of Analytics or Statistical Analysis
- Previous SQL experience
Responsibilities include:
- Defines and manages product roadmap
- Build, groom and prioritize the product backlog, continuously managing expectations with relevant stakeholders – including the senior leadership team
- Manage the sprint planning process and participate in all relevant ceremonies (reviews of prior sprints, grooming, retrospectives, demos, etc.)
- Develop a deep contextual understanding of our customer, worker and user needs
- Gather market feedback through user interactions, focus groups, and by performing industry research to support future development
- Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and analysts to implement and deliver new products and features
- Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems
- Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally with key stakeholders
- Assist in managing change for impacted stakeholders
