Your Role & Key Responsibilities

Elida Beauty is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Lead with a strong growth mindset and a can‑do attitude. We’re looking for someone who thrives on balancing the needs of brands, consumers, and customers, and who is motivated to drive a significant step-change in profitable growth within our portfolio.

As the Demand Planning Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the S&OP process. You will ensure alignment to the brand and commercial strategy by delivering an accurate SKU- and channel-level forecast, incorporating insights from key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the demand planning strategy.
• Partner with Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Finance to integrate key brand and trade initiatives into the demand forecast.
• Lead forecasting and promotion planning to ensure alignment to the business plan, while challenging assumptions and serving as a key stakeholder in S&OP.
• Develop and refine the unconstrained forecast, incorporating innovation, promotions, and growth assumptions into business plans.
• Synthesis demand shifts across channels, mainly evolving digital commerce and drive forecast accuracy across key customers
• Own and monitor Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias reporting.
• Collaborate with Planning Control Tower teams on planning activities.
• Work closely with Supply Planning counterparts to balance inventory levels, ensuring service objectives are achieved while meeting inventory targets.
• Support process discipline and drive technology transformation initiatives where relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of planning experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills & advanced excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work autonomously under pressure.
• Proven ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams with accountability and ownership.
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with statistical forecasting tools including AI algorithms/models; operational experience with Kinaxis is a plus.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
