Job Title: Clinical Director - Juvenile Justice
Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an experienced clinician to lead our Juvenile Justice program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with adolescents, a willingness to learn DBT skills, and excellent team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide individual, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Coordinate treatment team meetings to discuss Individual Service Plans, progress reviews, re-entry plans, and discharge plans.
- Oversee the medication, medical needs, and mental health of residents.
- Oversee advocacy and phase components of the program.
- Oversee, monitor, facilitate, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of daily groups.
- Coordinate, monitor, and facilitate special groups (substance abuse, violence prevention, DBT, victim awareness, etc.).
Requirements:
- Clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD) is a contract requirement and is a requisite for the position.
- 3 years of experience working with adolescents.
Benefits:
- $85,000 annual salary.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus.
