Local ClassA Driver - Reefer Loads

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

• Drivers will be assigned to haul reefer loads locally.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections
• Keep equipment clean and presentable
• Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Full-time, local deliveries
• Drivers will drop and hook and will not touch freight
• Possible OT depending on shipping or receiving delays.
• Flexibility with routes and schedules, including weekends and nights as needed.

• SHIFT: Thurs-Mon or Fri-Tues 12:00AM - 3:00AM Start Time
• JOB LOCATION; Palmdale, Ca
• Please note schedule is subject to change Sunday-Friday when overtime is needed

• Training will be completed in their Fontana facility.
• Training is 3 days long.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license.
• Minimum of [1] year of experience driving a refrigerated (reefer) truck.
• Clean driving record with no major violations. No more than 1 at fault accident in the last 3 years.
• Ability to maintain required temperatures throughout the journey and troubleshoot minor reefer issues.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in handling temperature-sensitive products.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

Wage Range: 27.00 - 27.00 per hour
