What are the responsibilities and job description for the MDS Nurse position at Elite Nursing and Rehabilitation?
MDS Nurse will assist coordinator in conducting and coordinating the development and the completion of resident assessments in accordance with current federal, state, and local regualations, standards, guidelines, and established policies and procedures and as may be direcred by the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator. Must have long-term care experience.
