What are the responsibilities and job description for the PERFORMANCE SURVEILLANCE COORDINATOR position at Elite Resource Group?
· Monitor live and recorded surveillance feeds across all company areas, including interior warehouse zones, loading docks, parking lots, and yards.
· Track and analyze employee productivity and performance, including warehouse staff, drivers, sales reps., and merchandisers.
· Use Everlance and other mileage tracking tools to validate merchandisers time logs, distance traveled, and stop durations.
· Review and flag any inconsistencies in timekeeping, performance metrics, or route execution.
· Identify and report suspicious activity such as route deviations, extended idle times, safety violations, unauthorized stops, or underperformance.
Transportation & Field Oversight
· Actively monitor GPS tracking systems to ensure all trucks and trailers follow approved routes and timelines.
· Drive in the field up to 50% of the time to verify routes and check in with merchandisers, sales reps., and drivers ensuring accurate execution of assigned deliveries or merchandising tasks.
· Maintain awareness of regional geography, traffic patterns, and delivery zones to assist in route planning and investigation support.
· Conduct audits of route logs and compare them to physical observations and data records.
