Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced orthodontic assistant to join our team. The assistant is the face of our practice and plays an integral role in our patient's orthodontic experience. You will build a great relationship with our patients by performing orthodontic assisting duties such as helping with bonding preparation, records, digital scans, removal/insertion of arch wires, patient instructions as well fabrication of some appliances. The ideal candidate has had at least 3 to 5 years orthodontic assisting experience, is extremely friendly, positive, preferably speaks spanish as a second language, outgoing and has great work ethic.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Help prepare chairs before and after patient care
- Help with sterilization procedures
- Removal and insertion of arch wires
- Taking proper orthodontic records such as photos, CBCT scans, intraoral digital scans
- Provide proper patient instructions
- Great team player
- Fabrication of certain appliances
Qualifications
- Preferably bilingual (Spanish)
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be x-ray certified and preferably, orthodontic assisting certified.
- Must have at least 3-5 years orthodontic assisting training.
- Depending on experience, rate will be discussed. Have one location. Can be part time long term, or part time leading to full time status. This is all negotiable.
Salary : $17 - $20
