Join us at Embark Behavioral Health’s newest short-term adolescent residential treatment center in Bend, Oregon located just miles away from a bustling community of live music, skiing, hiking, biking, boating and good food.
Embark Behavioral Health Bend serves females, transgender females, and non-binary individuals ages 10-17 who are experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, and other mental health challenges. Our clients reside in our comfortable family-style residence, where community and interpersonal relationships are fostered and encouraged. Embark Behavioral Health Bend has a residential program for youth ages 10-14 and will be piloting a new outdoor residential program starting in summer 2023 for youth ages 12-17.
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our team of 4 skilled clinicians in providing individual, family and group therapy in our residential setting. Our therapists offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.
$10,000 signing bonus! 50% will be paid at 6 months of employment, the remaining will be paid at 1 year of employment.

What do you bring to this position?
- Fully licensed in state of Oregon (or ability to get licensed immediately upon relocation) as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.
- Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
- A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
- Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
- Ability to pass a state background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Preferred- Licensed to provide supervision to therapeutic interns.
- Preferred- Experience in leadership/supervisory position
