Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Job Summary:
EFS is hiring for a Facilities Coordinator that will support with vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions and work breakdown structures.
Immediate Responsibilities:
- Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate with Vendors to obtain all necessary documents required to be able to set up new vendor numbers and establish vendors in Siemens Energy System
- Purchase Requisitions: Review for accuracy and Create PR's in SAP as required
- Work Breakdown Structure: Review for accuracy and submit WBS requests in Energy Now tool.
- Assist with creation of workbook instructions for Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Requisition Template, Vendor Onboarding, and Work Breakdown Structure
- Complete mandatory training for required tools to support job function.
- Attend weekly task review meetings.
- Ensure tasks and responsibilities are continuously reviewed and maintained for updates.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED / Associate Degree
- Microsoft Office Suite
- File Share
- SAP- PD2
