What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&B Attendant position at Emerald Queen Casino?
Starting wage is $16.05/hr increasing to $16.60/hr plus tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
The F&B Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service to casino patrons while assisting with food preparation, serving, bussing of tables and cashiering. Additional duties may include greeting guests, fulfilling orders in the deli, assisting with banquets, fills temp logs for equipment, cleans and maintains areas for various F&B outlets in the casino. Performs additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
Experience & Requirements:
- Must have one year restaurant experience to include cash handing, processing of credit transactions and food handling
- Previous experience as a busser or hostess is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must have good manual and finger dexterity
- Must be able to understand department policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid Washington State Food Handler's card
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
