Key Responsibilities
- Project Management – Oversite on projects to include cost-savings and revenue opportunities.
- Sourcing & Procurement – Evaluate current and potential national agreements to help centralize purchasing and communication and to manage cost.
- Logistics – Coordinate with corporate and facility leadership to determine both external and internal cost savings opportunities.
- Manufacturing Planning & Control – Assist corporate and facility leadership by assessing Key Performance Indicators to help in determining areas of improvement and key focal points.
- Inventory Management – Contribute through data assessment to determine stock levels/maintenance to best satisfy the customers.
- Reporting & Presentations – Ability prepare and present on any operational facets. Audience will be 5-10 individuals consistently and larger groups as needed.
- Data Analysis – Compile, prepare, assess and present data information on any operational and sales facets to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of corporate and facility planning and decisions.
- Data Mining – Extrapolate data from ERP system(s) and other programs. Then, put data in useful format to assist in strategy development and business decisions.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, or related field is required.
- Previous experience in a related industry is preferred.
- Advanced ability to use the Microsoft Office package and miscellaneous internal computer systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel ability.
- Ability to navigate ERP system(s) and data mine pertinent information.
