Our practice provides mental health services to adolescents, adults, and couples. We are looking to add LPC and LCPC clinicians to our staff.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related field
- Licensed in the state of Illinois as LPC or exam passed (NCE) or licensed as LCPC
- Experience or interest in working with individuals across the lifespan and couples
- Diversity affirming
- Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA and ethical guidelines
- Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines
- Dynamic, collaborative, self-starter, organized, and professional
- Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and work autonomously
- Bilingual or Multilingual (Preferred)
- Personal secure computer with secure and reliable home internet
- Home location in Chicago, IL
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain a caseload of 23 to 25 clinical contact hours per week (full-time position)
- Provide counseling to individuals across the lifespan and couples
- Complete all documentation within 24 hours (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans)
- Maintain professional and ethical requirements for licensure
- Contact and schedule clients timely and professionally
- Actively pursue further training to refine and enhance clinical skills and knowledge
