Job Descriptions
- Calculating transactions while also reviewing accurate financial records and files of said transactions
- Basic computer literacy (data entry, word processing, accessing web sites, using electronic mail, using search engines)
- Responsible for providing amicable, courteous, personable, and professional customer service
- Answer multi-lined telephone inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and order inquiries
- Review customer accounts, reconcile account statements, and other accounting work using our proprietary software
