Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Paia, HI
Employment Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our growing and dynamic team at a world-renowned restaurant. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting the onboarding process for new hires, and assisting with scheduling, reviewing timesheets, and employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with scheduling, reviewing timesheets, and employee inquiries.
- Conduct daily cash audits and reconcile with the point-of-sale system.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
- Support HR team with compliance, file organization, and basic payroll tasks.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Experience with POS systems and basic accounting/cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Salary : $45,000 - $52,500
