Position: Neighborhood Manager

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $32/hour

Experience: Previous experience in management is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm

Employers Options is seeking a Neighborhood Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
• Manage the design review process for assigned neighborhoods.
• Maintain responsibility for the preparation and correspondence required by the Association Operating Protocols, including Covenant Enforcement, Areas of Common Responsibility (ACR) Maintenance, Owner Unit Rentals, and Owner Child Home Care Units.
• Ensure timely and confidential exchange of documents such as checks, invoices, timesheets, Owner deeds, and Owner contract forms.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Provide an annual report on the status of Common Areas, Reserved, and Proposed Projects in assigned neighborhoods.
• Attend board meetings.
• Assist with administrative duties.
