Shift:  Days, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays

Pay Rate:  $13.00 per hour, plus tips and commission

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Budtender/Dispensary Agent committed to providing a warm, welcoming environment and exceptional customer service to join our dispensary team.  The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a consistently positive attitude and a passion for cannabis.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet, check in, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Guide customer purchase choices with knowledge of current products and sales.
• Accurately calculate product purchase limits in compliance with state regulations.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately through our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Demonstrate accurate and precise cash handling.
• Adhere to all company, local, and state regulations related to the sale of cannabis.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dispensary and work area at all times.
