What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at employment with us?
The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful start-up, on-boarding, launch, and on-going management and execution of Trilliant’s strategic accounts. This includes but is not limited to the enforcement of customer contract adherence, cross-functional project management, OTIF compliance, and maintaining a positive customer experience with Trilliant. In addition, this role will support the delivery of new commercialization projects on behalf of the strategic account through adherence to the Trilliant commercialization process and coordination of cross-functional activities and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal cross functional teams to support the start-up, on-boarding, launch, and on-going account management of private label and contract manufacturing customers.
- Coordinating internal and customer facing activities related to strategic account
- Setting protocol for customer-specific needs of the strategic account arrangement
- Assisting in forecasting, production planning, reporting, and inventory reconciliation for strategic accounts.
- Responsible for the organizational understanding, adherence, and execution of account specific contract terms
- Responsible for the development and execution of account-level scorecards
- Make sure all customer supplied materials are brought in correctly by using Dynamics to confirm batches, dates, etc.
- Responsible for the creation and coordination of standard project management deliverables including (but not all-encompassing) the following:
- Project Charter & Milestone Timelines
- Project Budget
- Project RACI
- Kickoff and Status Meetings
- Trial Process and Operational Readiness Plans
- 1st Production Review Process
- Project Forecasts & Inventory Management
- Risk Mitigation Plans
- Lead and execute continuous process improvement initiatives inclusive of the identification of root causes and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Responsible for the effective portfolio management of key accounts including but not limited to sku profitability improvement plans, transition of items, and sku rationalization.
- Ensure coordination and timely follow-up of all project plan tasks and activities, including trials.
- Drive team to resolution of issues and risks and escalate accordingly.
- Create and/or edit documentation, FAQ’s, and training materials related to account management and project management SOPs
- Conduct necessary value assessment(s) post-project completion, identifying the achievement of the initial financial metrics outlined.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, and/or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years’ strong project/program management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and support external customers with highly professional attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects.
- Manage assigned projects that span one or more functional teams; accountable for full project lifecycle ownership and delivery.
- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work effectively with others, especially those with differing views; maintains calm demeanor and respect.
- Open to learning from and sharing knowledge with others constructively.
- Excellent listening, and strong oral/written communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented. Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Highly motivated; takes initiative without being asked, displays a sense of urgency, and requires minimal oversight.
- Able to creatively problem solve; flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a high-level of intellectual curiosity; ask the right questions to ensure a thorough understanding of the opportunity.

- Contribute to establishing practices, tools, and templates for standardized use throughout the organization.
- Take responsibility for one’s own actions.
- PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Lean certifications a plus.
- 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the food industry).
- Microsoft Dynamics AX certifications are a plus.
