Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated manufacturing environments. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization, and procurement execution to support uninterrupted production operations.
This role ensures raw materials, packaging, and consumables are available in the right quantities, at the right time, and at the right cost—while avoiding excess inventory and protecting cash flow. The Supply Chain Manager operates in close coordination with Production, QA, Compliance, Sales, and Finance to align material availability with manufacturing priorities and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on, accountability-driven role requiring strong forecasting, inventory discipline, and supplier management skills.
Core Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Forecasting

Own end-to-end raw material planning to ensure all inputs are fully stocked for forecasted production runs with zero production delays

Build and maintain rolling 30/60/90-day material forecasts based on sales demand, production schedules, and historical usage

Monitor daily material consumption and adjust purchasing plans in real time to prevent shortages or over-purchasing

Identify supply-chain risks early and implement contingency plans to protect production continuity
Inventory Management & Optimization

Ensure the facility is never over-indexed on raw materials by actively managing inventory turns, shelf life, and cash tied up in stock

Establish and enforce min/max inventory levels for all raw materials, packaging, and consumables

Proactively manage and eliminate excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory through smarter planning, consolidation, and SKU rationalization

Lead cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation efforts to maintain system accuracy
Procurement & Supplier Management

Plan and execute purchase order timing and quantities to balance MOQs, freight efficiency, storage constraints, and production needs

Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, reliability, and secondary sourcing for critical materials

Support new product launches by sourcing materials, validating lead times, and managing inventory ramp-up and drawdown
Cross-Functional Coordination & Systems

Coordinate closely with Production, QA, Compliance, Sales, and Finance to align material availability with manufacturing priorities and regulatory requirements

Ensure accurate inventory tracking, lot control, expiration dating, and compliance within ERP/MRP systems

Continuously improve supply chain processes, controls, and SOPs to support scalability, service levels, and margin improvement
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement

Proven experience managing demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and production-aligned purchasing

Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, inventory controls, and lot/expiration tracking

Experience operating in regulated manufacturing environments with strict compliance and traceability requirements

Demonstrated ability to reduce excess inventory while maintaining high production service levels

Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including forecasting models and inventory dashboards
Preferred

Experience in cannabis, CPG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical manufacturing

Experience supporting multi-SKU, high-volume production environments

Familiarity with QA, testing timelines, and regulated material release processes

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 annually
Placement within the range is based on depth of forecasting ownership, inventory complexity, regulated manufacturing experience, and ability to independently manage supply chain operations.
