Full-Time Newborn Nanny (Live out/Live In) RRSFT

A warm, organized family in Tulsa is seeking a seasoned full-time nanny for a long-term position that begins as a live-out role in Oklahoma and transitions into a live-in, travel-based position later this year. From March through July, the nanny will be based in Tulsa providing daytime care for a newborn expected in March or April, along with part-time support for a 9-year-old during working hours. After July, the role will transition into a live-in position as the family travels throughout the United States and internationally, making this an ideal opportunity for a career nanny who is comfortable living and working globally.

This position focuses on full-spectrum infant care, including sleep training support and food introduction, while also assisting with school routines, transportation using a provided vehicle, and daily structure for the older child. Child-related meal prep, laundry, dishes, toy sanitization, and maintaining organized children’s spaces are included, along with light childcare-related tidying of shared areas. The family values a positive, gentle, and progressive parenting style and is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and communicative professional who is proactive, adaptable, and respectful of boundaries. A passport is strongly preferred, CPR and First Aid certification are required, and candidates should have three to ten or more years of verifiable experience. Their previous nanny was with them for six years, and they are hoping to find a similarly committed long-term partner. The position begins in March 2026 and offers $25 to $30 per hour, major holidays off, mileage reimbursement, paid travel, and annual or incentive bonuses.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-7p
Pay: $25-30/hr

Requirements:

• 5 years of paid, non-familial nanny experience
• Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula
• Clean background check and driving record
• Non-smoker (no vaping)
• Willingness to provide strong professional references
• Willing to travel (domestically and internationally)
