Position Summary
As a Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. You will leverage
your expertise in our products and services to develop customized solutions that drive customer satisfaction and achieve business
goals.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage a portfolio of customer subscriptions, including monitoring renewal readiness, and expansion or
contraction risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and their subscriptions, building strong relationships and
understanding their needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client requirements and evaluate ongoing subscription, recommending
appropriate solutions.
• Design and present customized solutions that address client needs, including subscription-based product
configurations and service offerings.
• Work with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and alignment across
the customer subscription lifecycle.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform solution development and positioning.
• Gather and relay client feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years in a client-facing role, preferably in a solutions-oriented or subscription-based environment and familiarity
with the industry’s technology landscape.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including experience with CRM platforms and systems used to track
subscriptions, analyze customer data, and support accurate forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently drive tasks to
completion.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify problems and propose effective solutions, including analyzing
usage and subscription data
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer.
• Occasional walking between facilities.
• Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs
