As our Lead CSR, you’ll play a vital role in both front desk operations and team leadership:
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for clients on the phone and in person
- Manage appointment scheduling, medical records, and payment processing
- Guide and mentor our CSR team through huddles, feedback, and one-on-one support
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Oversee schedules, PTO, and front desk workflows
- Handle minor service or billing concerns with confidence and care
- Partner with hospital leadership to maintain policies and boost efficiency
- Keep calm and stay solution-focused in a fast-paced veterinary setting
- Have 2 years of veterinary client service experience (leadership or supervisor experience is a plus!)
- Are an upbeat communicator who can turn challenges into solutions
- Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive outlook
- Thrive in a structured, high-energy environment
- Love coaching others and creating client experiences that shine
