Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Handle outbound calls
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
