GENERAL JOB OVERVIEW
This is a Direct Hire Customer Service Representative position with a growing company. As a team member you will be providing inbound and outbound support.
This position can start off as Hybrid and go fully remote once you are fully trained. Must be willing to go to office in Akron for training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule medical services to ensure timely patient care.
- Retrieve and upload prior service results for accurate record-keeping and reference.
- Reschedule missed appointments to maintain continuity of care.
- Communicate and arrange follow-up services based on patient needs and medical requirements.
- Conduct proactive outreach for compliance reminders, with automation for efficiency.
- Facilitate a self-service workflow to streamline processes for personal assistants.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
