Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations of 10 stores across Brooklyn, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently met
- Manage budgets, financials, and controllable expenses across the district
- Analyze performance trends and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability
- Foster a collaborative team culture focused on development, accountability, and success
- Partner with internal departments to align strategies and improve results
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and support new store openings when needed
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in multi-unit retail or service operations. Small or medium box retail.
- Proven track record of managing 10 stores, preferably in dense urban areas with longevity in a position. No less than 5 years of tenure at each company.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills; experience mentoring employees into management roles
- Comfortable using data and reports to inform decisions and drive results
- Demonstrated stability and success with long-term tenure at previous companies
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Open to travel as needed throughout Brooklyn
