As a Tire Assistant in our Carrier Services Division, you will be responsible for helping and assisting our account managers. This includes but not limited to calling on current clients, processing invoices, taking payment, sending out invoices and communicating with tire vendors. Our ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, well organized, Sales and being able to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Calling on existing customers
- Closing out tire invoices
- Assisting multiple Account Managers
- Taking Payments Via credit card and express check
- Checking tire Availability from shops around the country
Qualifications
- Phone skills
- Email Skills (Microsoft Outlook)
- Computer skills including: Microsoft Office (word, outlook, Sales Force)
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Contracts
- Background in customer service is a plus
- Communication skills (organizational, interpersonal)
- Appropriate Follow-Up Capabilities
- Self-Starter
- Skilled in Written and Verbal Communication
