English Rose is seeking a FT/PT Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents.
Our staff to resident ratio is 1: 3 in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents. It's the very reason you decided to become a caregiver, isn't it?
Wage Range: $17 - 25 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise.
Shift times: 6a - 2p; 2p-10p or 10pm-6am (every other weekend required).
Required Qualifications:
You'll never work a shift being short staffed, or with agency caregivers that don't even know your residents.

Required Qualifications:
- Relationship focused compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
- Higher wages and preference given to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant registry
- Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
- Able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Professional and positive attitude
- Cooking & cleaning experience (preferred)
- Valid Drivers License (preferred)
- Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)
- Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions
- Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services,
- Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents lives
