We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead or support the design and delivery of electrical systems across a range of projects. This role blends hands-on engineering with opportunities to mentor, collaborate, and grow within a flexible, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to electrical designs (power, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage).
- Manage projects from concept through construction administration.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate existing systems.
- Collaborate with internal MEP teams, architects, and contractors.
- Support junior team members with guidance and mentorship.
- Attend client meetings and communicate design direction clearly.
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support project closeout.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering; PE preferred but not required.
- 6-8 years of experience in MEP or building electrical systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; SKM or ETAP a plus.
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IBC, and related codes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial projects is a plus.
