📍 Kansas City, Onsite | Full-Time Hours | Owner’s-Rep Side – Data Center Projects
We're hiring a Primavera P6 Scheduler to support a major data center construction program in the Kansas City area. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity working on the owner’s-rep side for a leading data center developer. You’ll help manage complex, multi-phase builds across multiple sites.
Role Highlights:
- $80–$90/hr (1099 or C2C)
- Full-time hours, Monday–Friday
- Long-term opportunity with consistent workload
- Laptop, P6 license, and all required tools provided
- Work onsite in Kansas City (relocation may be required)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end scheduling support: from design to turnover
- Coordinate project timelines with internal stakeholders (utilities, procurement, commissioning, etc.)
- Review contractor schedules for compliance and risks
- Conduct schedule health checks and run what-if analyses as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient with Primavera P6
- Experience on data center or large-scale industrial/commercial projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Must be onsite 5 days/week
