What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Enova International?
Enova’s hybrid work model allows employees to work in the office T, W, and TH with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday. About the role:
Any administrative assistant knows it’s hard to define their day-to-day since oftentimes they are expected to jump in whenever, wherever and, here at Enova, it’s no different. This role involves being the face and voice of Enova, while handling office perks, and working with our teams to organize events and meet-ups. You will also gain valuable exposure to the many corporate groups.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ordering and stocking break rooms and supply stations along with placing lunch or breakfast orders regularly
- Work with our DEI Groups or Communications Teams on Special Events, including Happy Hours, Weekly breakfasts and Monthly Birthday Parties
- Sort the mail and packages, electronically distribute documents and incoming payments deposited
- Greet all of our visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Keep the office and conference rooms clean and organized
- Maintain a safe environment like keeping badges up to date with new hires and terminations along with understanding our Emergency procedures

- This position is 32 hours/week in office
- Ability to walk, bend and lift 25lbs
- Intermediate familiarity with Gmail, Outlook, and the Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- The ability to problem-solve, think proactively, and push back
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment running with multiple-shifting priorities
- A real passion for organizing the messy, the mentality that no request is beneath you, the eye to catch and fix mistakes, and the ownership to drive projects from start to finish
