Full time direct hire Quality Engineer Manager opportunity in Brazil , IN.
What you will do: Leading an aerospace machine shop Quality Management System and supervising Quality Engineers, Inspectors, CMM programming, and shop-floor quality technicians to AS9100/AS13100 requirements.
What is required:
- Aerospace quality experience supporting AS9100 requirements
- AS13100 experience (aerospace engine supply chain)
- AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
- APQP/PFMEA
- NADCAP experience in a CNC machine shop environment
- RCCA (root cause corrective action)
- Internal and external audit experience
- Quality Management System experience (policy, procedures, implementation)
- Experience creating inspection plans
- Supervising quality teams (Quality Engineers, Inspectors, CMM, shop-floor quality technicians)
- Experience managing CMM programming and metrology workflow
