Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating events at our facility, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones and responding to questions about the facility and booking events. You will also be responsible for greeting and assisting all walk-in party inquiries, giving tours to potential parties and groups, and being knowledgeable about party packages and programs to accurately translate information to guests.
Tour Operations: You will need to communicate with guests via email, phone, and in person with great detail and organization. You will also need to assist with creating event summaries and creating care packages with relevant materials for events.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be at least 16 years old and obtain training certification per company policy. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
