Responsibilities:
- Conducting leak detection surveys using various techniques and equipment
- Analyzing and interpreting data collected from leak detection surveys
- Identifying and assessing potential leak hazards in equipment and pipelines
- Developing and implementing leak detection and prevention strategies
- Collaborating with team to address identified leaks
- Preparing detailed reports on leak detection surveys and findings
- Staying up to date with industry advancements and best practices related to leak detection
Requirements:
- Experience in leak detection techniques and equipment operation
- Knowledge of plumbing and piping systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and locate leaks accurately
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the industry
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends for emergency work
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
