EPAM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Front Office Technology team. This role is critical to delivering strategic initiatives that enhance and transform Front Office systems and processes. The successful candidate will own end-to-end project delivery using a disciplined waterfall approach, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle project management with clear waterfall timelines and structured governance
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project
Work directly with Front Office desks and senior stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment
Connect the dots across multiple teams, dependencies, and workstreams to ensure seamless execution
Champion best practices, tools, and structured governance frameworks
Manage 2–3 concurrent projects with accountability for outcomes
Drive initiatives from start to finish with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Requirements
Proven experience delivering projects in a waterfall environment (Agile/Scrum is not suitable for this role)
Strong risk and issue management capabilities
Highly self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with Front Office teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000.
