As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth for EPCOM by connecting with current and potential customers. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will work to ensure complete customer satisfaction and earn their loyalty for years to come.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to leads and cultivate relationships with potential customers
  • Offer expert guidance and support on EPCOM's products and services
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions
  • Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, discounts, shipping, payment methods, warranties, and invoicing
  • Maintain deep knowledge of EPCOM's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Continuously strive to increase sales and improve invoice profitability
  • Foster strong customer relationships through friendly and responsive service
  • Balance the development of new business opportunities with the ongoing management of active customers
  • Continuously seek new ways to grow the customer base and report any capacity concerns

  • Proven experience in a sales role
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
