Job Description:
Epic Asset Management has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Leasing Consultant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Rental of apartments and assist with on & off-site marketing and tenant retention.
Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other communities.
Assist in processing of rental applications.
Preparation and proper execution of rental agreements and related forms.
Prepare and maintain resident files and general office files.
Assist in daily inspection of properly.
Assist in maintaining required inventories for community supplies and equipment. Assist in collection of rents and deposits.
Assist in initiating work orders and follow-through for completion.
Be knowledgeable and able to assist on scheduling preparation of units for occupancy.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Maintaining of Traffic Log.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven customer service background, computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and flexible schedule, ability to manage priorities and work as a team to accomplish property and company goals.
