EPIC Health is currently seeking a Assistant Controller. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a small- to medium-sized organization with a goal of increased focus on FPA. Candidate should have broad exposure in the accounting and finance functions. Our organization is in rapid growth mode with opportunities. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in period-end close
- Account reconciliations
- Vendor maintenance
- Purchase order protocols and reporting
- Accounts payable
- Payroll processing
- Assist in budget preparation and reporting
- Maximizing efficiency of ERP system
- Collaborate with operations on opportunities
- Clerical duties, such as scanning and filing
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience required
- Proficient in ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and able to take initiative and adapt as needed
Position Type: Full time Monday- Friday
