Currently searching for an experienced Logistics Billing Specialist for our local warehouse in Nazareth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Management
- Verification of billing charges
- Organize and monitor documents associated with assigned loads, including carrier agreements on rates
- Execute the three-way matching process for invoice payment verification
- Prepare invoices for approval and payment processing
- Address and resolve discrepancies in invoices
- Communicate with carriers and address their inquiries
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications is essential, with a solid understanding of Excel and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Automation.
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Effective organizational abilities are necessary
- A robust sense of collaboration is important
Education and/or Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience is necessary
- Truck Mate Software experience is preferred but not required
