Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Proofread documents and files to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Oversee office management tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide bilingual support as needed to accommodate diverse clientele.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and document preparation.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and practices.
- Proficient in computer systems, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
